BP operates around 370 gas stations in France. The previous savings program, called “Bienvenue”, had over a million active participants. It was managed in-house, with the need for stock control and logistics issues. As a result BP wished to implement in this loyalty program more efficiently and looked for an outsourcing partner.
In cooperation with Comarch, a loyalty software solutions provider, Boost Group rolled out a new and interactive loyalty platform. Boost Group is the reward and fulfillment partner and is also responsible for the development of the gift web shop.
With the new “BP Ma Carte” loyalty program, BP offers its customers two options for redemption: at gas stations - discount on petrol, car wash services or purchases in the shop- or via the Ma Carte web shop with a choice of more than 250 appealing gifts.
The logistics process is customer-friendly and offers free delivery of the ordered gifts to the saver’s home address.
